As we aged, our body metabolism slows down. I have been too lazy to go for exercising. Weight has gone up despite taking the same amount of food which I have been for the past years. Flabby arms, protruding tummy.
Got to do something before it gets out of control… Decided to start taking back Bios Life Slim which I did after stopping breastfeeding Keegan in Sept 2009. At that time, I managed to silm down to my “all along weight of 45kg and my tummy was flat too. I only took for 3 months and stopped as I have acheived it.
Over confident of myself, thought “fat” will not happen to me. Who knows!
Need hand cream after doing 15 days of housework!
Fingers therapy after doing a week of housework. Fingers are very stiff and pain. Just like early stage of arthritis.

Egg sweets… Used to eat them when I was a little girl. Saw it yesterday at the same ah pek’s provision shop at mum’s house. Asked mum to get it for me as there was a dog in the shop.

Darn “TL” with M1… gg to switch to Singtel… I was so dumb to sign Take3 plan last year in May for Nokia E71. At the end of the 24 mths contract, the phone don’t belongs to me, never mind. However, if I exchange for a new phone now, got to pay a conversation fee and still the phone don’t belongs to me!!! Didn’t even …receive any vouchers from them all these years!!! Bye bye M1 after more than 10 years…

Bought the full set of Candy, Xiao Tian Tian from TS Group today at Toa Payoh HDB Hub. The language is in Spanish, Korean and Japanese. Subtitle in English, Korean and Mandrian.
Told Meredith that it was my childhood cartoon and she wants to watch together with me. We watched in Japanese language and English subtitle, she cried even though she don’t understand. She told me Candy was so poor thing.
I still keep the comics which I brought 10 years ago and intend to pass on to Meredith when she grows up.
It has been a long time since I brought Meredith out for shopping. Today, decided to bring her out since it was the first day of Great Singapore Sale. We went after her school party, we shared a Turkey breast sandwich from Subway for lunch followed by shopping at Isetan, CK Tang and Kiddy Palace at Toa Payoh.
I bought a A4 document bag for my Happy Life Project files, guess what character??? “My Melody” Ops, a little funny for a mummy to carry this right? Since it was meant for my Happy Life Project, who cares, so long as I am happy. Moreover, it was chosen by Meredith. Item not on sale…
Meredith loves dolls, she had many of them and kept wanting to buy dolls. Well, saw this sweet little mermaid on 60% discount, so I bought for her.
